In the past, our staff has worked in executive roles for contractors, done Professional Engineering design, and completed projects as owners and owner's representatives so we understand the construction industry - inside and out. Our diverse experience includes many industries, several complex projects over 80 million each, and oversight of a project team with 500+ people.
We've done this through competitive bidding, cost/payback analysis, value engineering, life-cycle analysis, change order and pay application reviews, cost tracking, and cost controls. Because we've been able to cut project costs by up to 10% or more, our fee is often covered by cost savings so our clients get our services for free and pocket the additional savings.

We've done this by reviewing plans and specs for errors and omissions, issuing detailed Request For Qualifications and Request For Proposals, vetting potential design firms and contractors, developing contracts, negotiating terms, overseeing design and construction work, tracking completion of critical Action Items, and maintaining open, honest communications. As a result, we've never had litigation on any of our projects and 100% of our projects have been done with quality workmanship.
